This is an excellent place to get away from it all and get back in touch with nature. There are trails along the water to spot many types of birds and wildlife.

I absolutely LOVED this place. It's cheap - $4 to get in CASH ONLY. I saw a wide variety of fowl including song birds, pelicans, red-tailed hawk, killdeer, rosette spoonbills, various egrets & herons and osprey. I will definitely be returning to this park.

The Baytown Nature Center is a beautiful place. Very nice place to take the family or friends. Good fishing, very scenic. You can bring bicycles or just walk. Very nice nature trails. Great place to go for a picnic.

Out of all the many times visiting Baytown, I never knew this place existed. It was really a nice place to just visit or have a picnic.
