The fact that someone manages to find 30+ actors, singers, musicians etc who are willing to take this gig in the heat of summer is impressive. The show itself was a little overwrought. I absolutely loved this place. It is a great place to see Texas. It is lovely that you can see the play under the stars. The fireworks and water fountains are fantastic!

The play was wonderful. The setting was fabulous and the cast did magnificent job. We also enjoyed the meal prior to the play.

Awesome performance on this 50th Season in Palo Duro Canyon. Spectacular lighting and water special effects as well. The music was well-performed, and the dancing was outstanding! 5 and 8 year old kids totally enthralled! Of course the senior adults enjoyed it, too. If you don't get here early, expect a good hike to get to the entrance... Maybe a... More

We loved the play (Texas) but wish the seating was a bit more comfortable for people with disabilities.

I love the way they've incorporated the rock look into the sides of the amphitheatre where some of the scenes take place. The sound was great! One complaint is the seats are very narrow and quite uncomfortable for the length of the play.

The show "Texas!" was amazing. I toured with a group and the staff of the park were very polite and accommodating. We did the Chuck Wagon Diner and the backstage tour along with the show. I highly advise getting your tickets for the top of the theater because you are able to see everything going on in the show. The... More
