This is an open "green-space" where you can stroll beneath the trees just behind the Convention Center, next to Confederate war memorial and near the cattle drive sculpture. There are stones from this and other area cemeteries that dates to the early to mid 1800's....More

Adjacent to Pioneer Plaza and the Cattle Drive Sculpture a couple of blocks south of downtown Dallas, its worth a few minutes to visit to see the names, dates and pay respects to some of the pioneers who founded the area.

Interesting Walk back through the early settlers of Dallas along with a Confederate Monument. In the Spring and Fall this would be a nice walk. In the Summer, this was much too hot with little shade.

A cemetery this old and of historic significance should be better kept. Amazing stories from the pioneers illustrated here. Also, beware of fire ants.
