Loved our visit to Wimberley Valley Winery. We went for the wine tasting, but when we saw their beautiful grounds we decided to get a glass each along with the cheese basket and sit outside to enjoy the beautiful day. The staff were very friendly...More

Went to do a tasting a Monday. Nice settings. But wines are no made using Texas grapes, which is what we were hoping to taste. If you don't care about this fact you will have a good time here.

This is a very picturesque place. Rolling hills and verdant valleys. A great place to spend an afternoon. The wines that they produce there are somewhat light, but still refreshing.

Came in on our way from Austin to San Antonio on a hot day. Greeted by Bryan who was very knowledgeable about the wines and the winery. A beautiful home-like facility, very comfortable. Wines fine, but on the sweeter side - disclaimer: they are made...More

We were going to stop at a different nearby winery, but their extremely negative view of children made us think twice and we chose Wimberley instead. And we're are thrilled we made that choice! There were plenty of dry wines for me and sweet wines...More

Ok, we have been to a number of distilleries today so I am in a good mood! But this place IS cool! Expansive multilevel deck under oaks with a great breeze and relatively green rolling landscape around. And yes, a double decker snack bus. Inside...More
