Trails aren't near what they used to be from I-45 to Bristol on FM 813 and 879. Some land owners have mowed down spent bluebonnets before they go to seed and each year seems to be less productive. September /October is when next year's crop...More

This was our first visit and did not know what to expect. We had such a good time and learned so much about the flowers, grasses and trees in this beautiful pasture.

This year, although a light viewing of bluebonnets, the trails were beautiful. We were a little late as the bluebonnets popped out early because of the heat. Beautiful trip throughout the year!

We were told that some areas bloom later than others, so it is best to go to the visitors center for daily updates.
