Love the Strand area. They do good job of keeping the area clean and up to date. We love being able to shop for local curios and really enjoy all the little eateries.

Very pretty area of town and all sorts of history as well which is clearly sign posted. On the day there was plenty of places to park on the road but it was unclear how to pay for it (in the shops). Lots of shops...More

Walk the street and visit the huge confectionary shop. Delicious ice Cream and homemade chocolates. Fun to watch taffy being made too.

Had a wonderful time strolling along The Strand today. The shops were all open and had interesting items and souvenirs. We stopped and sat at some tables on the sidewalk and watched the people. Such a diverse crowd. The candy shop was a delight. Old...More

Lots to do. Lots of neat shops. Ice Cream place is great! I loved coming down to the Strand and seeing a HUGE cruise ship docked! It was an awesome experience!

We took the grand kids here. They shopped at several stores to get t'shirts to souvenirs. There is free parking of 2 hours here. You can also see the cruise ships here.

There's a nice visitor center across from the Rosenberg Library. They can tell you all you need to know.

Ditto...didn't see any golf cart tours, just the horse and carriage tour. Not sure the price on that, but it looked like there was a sign on one of the corners.
