The entire family had a great time on the beach. There were umbrellas and chairs available for purchase. You could easily spend the day in the water or watching the waves.

I don’t remember paying to park on the sea wall last time we were there. But you do now. And they will bust you if you don’t. There are two guys on Segway’s that roll down the sea wall issuing tickets. We were told it...More

Great beach for the family! Safe, fun, and clean! Life guards close by, and walking distance to the pier!

Great big beach or along the seawall to go for a fun. Stop at all the benches along the seawall and read up about history and sea life.

No jellyfish. Pretty sand. Lots to do. Bicycles. Jet skis. Something called a banana boat. Waves not too rough.

Being from California I was not very impressed with the beaches. Dark gray sand and patted down. The water was brown from the silt but the temperature was 88 degrees.

Yes it is a good beach for families. With a very gradual decline, most of the time the water is shallow a good distance from the beach. Yes you can bring your own umbrellas and chairs.
