We visited the beach for the day and had a wonderful time. The beach was clean with no trash or seaweed. There is a great row of picnic tables behind the dunes, and a rinse shower and changing area.

Today me, my wife, my almost 4 yr old, and my inlaws decided to go to Galveston as we have done many many times before. I'd always gone to the public beach at the sea wall and it seemed laughable. Today we decided to go...More
