There is a Civil War reenactment every year. We went to the reenactment. there were vendors, and educational activities. They had one person that had Lamas and let us feel the wool she was spinning. It was very soft and beautiful

The plantation house is beautiful and the tours are full of history. Love the reenactment every year as well as the sutlers and vendors. This is a must see for anyone who enjoys history.
