Roadside Gem!

Cool place. A tad better than just a fruit stand...they actually have a good variety of produce, melons, Texas items and more. We went for the Yellow-Meat melons, and ended up... read more

Lots of locally grown, fresh vegetables. Plus lots of locally prepared items such as pickles, jelly, jam, nuts, eggs, etc. Seasonal items such as firewood, bedding plants, mulch, etc. Open air store (no air-conditioning in summer)

Back in the day this was a must stop. Filled to the brim with fresh local veggies, garden supplies, and just about anything on your list. Everything they sold was top quality and mostly local. Sadly their stock has diminished and my not be so local anymore. They are very limited in what they now offer

Great place to get fresh veggies. Some times it is chock full of variety and sometimes not. Just depends on the time of year. has a small flower/gift shop inside and some last minute ideas for gifts. nice hanging plants depending on the time of year.

Stopped by this cute market and found lots a great produce. They had fresh eggs and shelled black-eyed peas. Lots of fruit that smelled so good and terrific okra. So many things to choose from. Make plans to stop by here. It's great.

Cool place. A tad better than just a fruit stand...they actually have a good variety of produce, melons, Texas items and more. We went for the Yellow-Meat melons, and ended up spending another $60 on Pickled okra, salsa, and baby corn!! Many plants and nursery favorited too!!

Competitive prices on produce. Also sells a variety of seasonings, preserves, and other local products. Great little farmer's market.

Their selection of produce is standard for a local fruit/veggie market. We found the variety of items offered and prices to be really good. We love to feed the birds, especially the blue jays! It was by accident that we found out that DiIrios carries the 50 lb bag of raw peanuts. Not only were we surprised to find such... More

This vegetable /fruit stand has a good array of local fruits and vegetables--the area is known for excellent and varied warermelon. Pricing is generally good but shop wisely. The stand has an old, vintage appeal.

This is a very old road side market. I bet it had its day in times gone by. But it is pretty dirty and the checker are unfriendly and hardly greet you. The items are few, except watermelons and peanuts. Kind of high, yet the quality is good. I have purchased a lot from their bargain bin and took it... More

large, open air market to get fresh fruits and veggies from local area - can be hot at times, but I love going there!
