It is a OK place. I wish there was a place to pull over and park to take pictures. Next to the freeway and not a place to pull off. It is a drive by only.

This is fun to look at while driving by. Definitely not a destination. It's fairly small and nowhere to park.

It's kind of amazing what can be done with steel! Some very talented fabricator/welders have made some really cool and original sculptures and put them on display just outside Loop 610 off of Hwy 288. Check it out if you are in the neighborhood!

As you drive down SH 288 you see over 15 Metal Sculptures Next to a Metal Tube Company. From the typical to the quirlky.

I spent my lunch there for the first time because of all of the pokestops in the park. Typically I just drive by on my way to and from work, but today I took the time to study the sculptures. Quite magnificent if I do say so myself. Not much shade and parking is the feeder road of 288.

Not worth the drive there, but if you happen to be driving by, it is worth taking the exit to see it and then getting back on the free way. The sculptures are very interesting, located in a lot on the side on the exit. It is not a park but it is worth driving by.

This isn't what I would call a real "park". There isn't any parking lot for one. No walking trail, benches, playgrounds, restrooms, etc... It's really just a section of land that contains some steel sculptures. I've always seen them driving by on the freeway (288) but never realized you could stop by. The only way you can really stop by... More

Roadside "park" with no parking. This is just a piece of land with the sculptures, no maintenance or landscape. Fire ants and trash everywhere. Do not recommend at all....

I have watched this sculpture area grow since about 2000. The man who owns the pipe yard is quite the artist and has a metal rose next to his office building on Holmes Road a bit east, nearby. He sells copies of these sculptures and all are welcome to visit free, but mind any no parking signs, potential police cars... More

I pass by this location at least twice a week. While it's easily observed from the feeder road, I suppose it would be worth a stop for those with kids. I've seen families pulled off the road with small kids taking photos standing next to the sculptures. For those interested in steel art, this would be a nice, brief stop... More
