Came here to watch a hockey game and was not disappointed. During Round 1 this place was packed every night. I didn't try the food so I can't comment, but the beer list was average. Decor, cleanliness, and service was all average. You come here for the hockey not because it is the best bar.

There really isn't anything special about this place unless you like watching hockey. Lots of other bars in the area are better choices in my opinion.. Service at the bar was okay

went their with some friends and it's your basic pub. Drinks are as expected, not so much on the menu but again that's not what we went there for.

There are so many bars with good service.... and this is not one of them. It's like the bartenders were ignoring us. I can understand if a place is packed, but this wasn't. I must have called out to the bartender half a dozen times before he finally noticed us at the small bar lol. You would think for smaller... More

I am a Canadian living in Houston. I heard about this place where you could watch hockey and drink Canadian beer. The Molson Canadian they had on tap was flat. When I switched to Stella (not a Canadian beer) they charged $6.50 for a small beer. The worst part was when the Vancouver Canucks game came on at 9:00 pm,... More

This place is a true gem, and you will not find any other place like it in the the States. It is the best place to watch hockey that I've ever been to. I recently moved to Denver and they only have one so-called "hockey bar" and it is nothing compared to the Maple. They have a penalty box, drinks... More

The Maple Leaf Pub reminds me of where I grew up. It's very Canadian at heart (should be as the founders came from up north) serving a wide variety of authentic Canadian brews (Molson, Labatt, etc.) as well as your traditional pub fare food (think wings, mozz sticks, things like that). On Thursdays they have a tremendous steak night giving... More

Great place to go after an Aeros game or any other time! The staff is friendly, fast and on the ball ... or should I say puck? We did not go with other Couples, just my husband and I but that wasn't one of the selections. We are in our mid 50's and feel very comfortable there, even tho our... More
