I would recommend this place to anyone. The parking is free and the ticket prices were not bad. It was really busy with school trips when we went but was still a good experience. Lots of animals.

This is a great zoo. You can tour it at your own pace and there are a lot of different animals. It is something that should be on your list if you come to Houston.

I have made multiple trips this past spring and enjoyed each visit. Each time I saw animals that I had not previously seen. Great for couples and for families with children.
