I planned an event for my company with Bayou City Bike Tours. Phil helped me with all the logisitics and was very accomdating for our group size (~60 people) and needs. All the bikes were set up and equipped with water when we arrived. Tour guides helped participants find the right size bike. This was a great opportunity to learn... More

Tour guide Peter did a great job leading us through downtown and making me aware of many interesting landmarks. I live in a suburb of Houston, and I was fascinated to learn so much after living here for 25 years! I am looking forward to doing the Heights tour in the future!

After being stuck in a conference for 4 days, I was eager to get outdoors and see Houston. This was an ideal opportunity to learn a little history and see some noteworthy landmarks while rolling along the city's impressive bike paths and downtown streets. Midway we stopped at market Square for a beer and a delicious Mediterranean meal at Niko... More

We greatly enjoyed the downtown bike ride of Houston. Phil was very knowledgeable and provided lots of info. This is an easy ride on comfortable bikes. Total ride time was about 3 hours with a 30 min break for lunch. We went to Niko Niko for lunch and it was really good. Cool stuff from the tour...a pool cantilevered from... More

Our reason for visiting Houston was to see our 1st Super Bowl ( and it was a great one) but we also wanted to feel a little of the streets and learn a little history. Dan was our guide and it was a great experience. He was friendly and interesting. Our tour included a lunch stop. We are in our... More

We had an amazing time! My husband loved the art themed tour on a Sunday morning. It was a great way to spend some time together while being active. The bike tour inspired me to go buy a bike and my husband and I now enjoy biking together!

We really enjoyed the ride/tour of the city. Phil was a terrific guide, and carefully maneuvered us thru downtown and the Bayou bike trails. I would have given them 5 stars, but my bike gears did not work correctly, so I did a little more peddling then planned. Otherwise, fun experience.

We were really happy the that you were able to come out with us! We are fully aware of the issue with the bike you used and have already brought it in for maintenance so we don't have the same issue the next time you take a tour with us! Have a great day! More

We had a group of 6 for the Downtown History bike tour and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable and would stop to explain sights we would be seeing along our route. The tour was guided at a leisurely pace & the guide allowed for plenty of time to stop along the way to... More

I've been on a few bike tours in different cities. Besides the opportunity to explore a new city while experiencing the outdoors, previous city bike tours I've been on, tend to provide some level of information about the city, the landscape, and the buildings, all while doing their best to provide a certain degree of safety. This Bayou Bike Tour... More

I feel terrible that you didn't enjoy your time on our tour, I should have done a better job explaining to you that our Heights Tour is strictly a social tour. I believe if we had not been rained out for the Buffalo Bayou Park Tour, you would have had a better time, as it was more of what I... More
