This park is a very nice place to take the family and enjoy the outdoors. There is plenty of parking and things to do while visiting.

This place is awesome for walk, run exercise, take the kids to play, etc. It is very clean and well maintained. There are paddle boats you can rent and also bicycles for rent. Saturdays there is a farmers market with a good variety of tables. definitely a great place to go and have fun or exercise,

We loved the setting and ambiance of this place. The play area was great for my difficult 10yr old. The rental pedal boats was great, and they have rental fishing poles as well.

My brother in law and I went fishing here....catch and release only. They have some seriously large fish in the pond! We caught several and had a good time. The park is clean and well kept...a real plus to the city!

Looking for a place to reward your employees with a venue that has little bit for everyone the City Of McAllen out did itself in making this venue available to the public. I have only one suggestion they need a larger meeting venue to accommodate a large (400-up.) If you have a medium sized company and meeting facilities can fit... More

Don't waste your time. Lake is so small and in bad shape. I could not find any kayaks or boats. Lake has lot of vegetation. Nobody to ask.
