This memorial may not be the biggest but a lot of thought, love and dedication went into the plan. I visited with 20 wounded warriors with the wives and to hear a Vietnam vet explain the symbolism in every detail was a cherished experience. NO MAN LEFT BEHIND....ever.

This is a nice memorial to our soldiers. You can view all of the sights in about 15 minutes, there is plenty of parking and a park next door for a picnic and a place for your children to play.

Just a small memorial to the Vietnam War veterans. Made to look like a helicopter is coming into a rice paddy to pick up troops on the ground.

This is a stop that is well worth the time for all Americans. It pays homage to the West Texas heroes that paid the ultimate sacrifice during the Vietnam War. Their names and the counties they are from are inscribed on a monument. The park has a sculpture of three soldiers during that time and also a helicopter from that... More

Very simple memorial to show thanks to the men and women who served in Vietnam. The people who served did it out of love and respect for democracy . It's the least we can do is remember to show respect to all who served, and to mourn the ones who died. THANK You from a very grateful American.

Nice place to go and reflect. The Huey that's there make us Vets feel the good and bad of Vietnam. This was put there by folks in our area. Great place to take the kids and tell of the honor these men and women put forward.

Quiet place to pay respect and honor those that served and gave it all to this country. Simple but respectful.
