Picked up a current "Local map of great places to eat" and current activities going on. Of course seems like there is always a book I need to read! And god great directions to Tyler from the very friendly gentleman working there.

This visitor center is in the heart of the old town. Beautiful brick streets and old buildings surround it. Lots of history of both Texas and the town of Nacogdoches. Walk the square and look around. Very enjoyable visit.
