This was my first wine tasting visit so I don't have anything to compare it with. For being my first time, I truly enjoyed it. Beg was wonderful, she guided us and another couple over several wines. We got the meat and cheese plate, it was a big platter with different dried meats, chips, cheese and fruits. She not only... More

We were returning from San Antonio to Austin and this winery was one listed on our wine tour book. As you enter the grounds you see the vines growing on the right. We were greeted by a very friendly woman. ( wish I could remember her name). There was one other couple when we arrived, by the time we left,... More

You don't get as much as you would at other samplings. There was a current change in ownership. Still a relaxing visit and right between New Braunfels and Boerne. They carry what could be considered two semi sweet wines and the rest are dry. There are some nice outdoor areas and they do have grape vines there.

My wife and I have been consistent Dry Comal Creek customers for the past 6 years, and have thoroughly enjoyed the variety of events hosted there. This Saturday, we attended their "Soup Saturday". We had found out that the vineyard was recently sold and now under new management, so were anxious to meet the new owners and see what their... More

This place is truly a gem! My group of 12 amazing girls visited the winery this past weekend and enjoyed the ambiance and hospitality of the staff (not to mention the wine!) The frozen Sangria is to die for! I highly recommend this winery to those visiting in the area.

I've toured vineyards in NY, MA, Carolinas, CA, Italy, & France. The only noteworthy ones, up till my visit to Dry Comal Creek, were in France. This place gives an incredibly detailed tour & tasting. Highly recommend you pack a picnic lunch as there are tables & chairs all over the vineyard to dine at & they sell bottles or... More

If you have never been to a winery before, you might find this really cool. If you've been to beautiful wineries, you will probably think this one is mediocre. So, don't go out of your way to go here, but if you are nearby, or going to an event here, it will be just fine. I would have given them... More

Response: Thank you so much for visiting our boutique winery. I'm apologize that we did not meet your expectations and if there is anything we could improve upon, I would welcome the feedback. We realize that we cannot be all things to all people in terms of our wine. We strive hard to make quality wines and have been successful... More

Visited Dry Comal Creek as part if a large group. The staff was exceptionally patient and kind. The wine was good. Especially the frozen sangria. The food was good which is really tough with a big group. Enjoyed the tour. Fun night with friends

Spent a day I will always remember at this wonderful place. I was lucky enough to attend their annual grape stomp! Lucy Ricardo would be proud to sponsor such a wacky and fun day! There was a live band, a catered lunch, wine and sangria flowing, and an appearance from Lucy herself!! But all that, while wonderful, was nothing compared... More

Enjoy wine-tasting in a beautiful pastoral setting! With both indoor seating and an outdoor roofed pavilion (not to mention picnic tables and a lovely lawn!), this is the place to relax with friends and a bottle of excellent wine from the vineyard. I'm hooked on the Sangria, though everything I've tasted there is delicious. It's family-friendly, with rootbeer and snacks... More
