As I walked the grounds and looked at the names, I found several friends and relatives among them. It made me proud to be from Lamar County, Texas where the freedoms we share are strong because of the men and women who serve.

We stumbled upon this memorial as we decided to find the Eiffel Tower replica while passing through Paris. Definitely worth stopping for if you enjoy military history or veterans memorabilia—in fact, of more interest than that Eiffel Tower replica!

Went to see the Eiffel Tower and found this beautifully laid out, educational and thought provoking Veterans Memorial right next to the Tower. They are still adding to it apparently. But it was well worth a visit “as is”.

We went through here when we stopped to take a pic of the Eiffel Tower. I wish we’d had more time to tour this attraction. It was very nice and I recommend a stop. I’d also recommend giving yourself enough time to really appreciate it.

I didn't know this was next to the Eiffel tower and wished I had more time to explore the memorial. Very well done and just beautiful. If I'm ever back in the area I will be sure to leave more time to visit.

If you are in Paris you have to see the Memorial. There is so much to see and they are expanding with plans to bring old airplanes and helicopters.

Went to see the Eiffel Tower but was more amazed at how well thought out and organized this place is. Very nice tribute to our soldiers. Only place I have ever been that had information on all of the wars.

We thought we would take a quick look here and found this so interesting that we spent about 20 minutes. We were on a quick Geocaching trip and could not afford more time. Plan on spending at least twice as much time her
