Primitive loop--6 mile mix of sand, slick rock and a little scrambling over fins and boulders--is a trail we do every year since our kids were 6 or 7. It is less traveled due to greater difficulty than a standard gravel type trail. You do...More

Unexpected - beautiful and fun area - kids (age 7 and 9) had a blast exploring the hoodoos and playing/scrambling around. Note: Don't recommend driving RVs on Hole - in the Rock Road. We have a 22 foot RV - road was very rough and...More

Easy trails through out the area that allow you to discover your own arches, hoodoos, etc. Vault toilet. Picnic tables. Tons of views in a small underdeveloped area.

Devil's Garden is a scenic, photographic area to visit just off the hole in the rock road, near Esclante, Utah. Nice place, easy to find but sometimes very crowded.

Bit of a long drive bumpy drive along the unpaved Hole-in-the-Wall Road but this is a compact display of magnificent rocks, arches, windows, and hoodoos. Take an easy stroll to see and touch the various formations up-close. There are picnic tables and a restroom.

This is a small area with beautiful multicolored hoodoos and small natural arches. It is an easy hike through sandstone trail.
