I grew up in Draper Utah and always remembered Thanksgiving point as the premier golf course. I was sadly mistaken when I was bragging to my wife about what a nice golf course this would be. The pro shop now looks like a discount factory outlet store with clothes stacked up still in the original plastic bags. Nothing is folded... More

I had the opportunity to play Thanksgiving Point for the first time. Obviously I was excited as the Web.Com PGA tournament only took place there a couple weeks ago and it should have been in great shape. Unfortunately it was a big disappointment for the money. For being ranked as one of the very best courses in Utah, I expected... More

This golf course is worth setting in your schedule and planning everything around it. It is a little difficult, but rewarding. FUN RATING - 10 for 0-12 hcp, 8 for 13-15 gov, 6 for 16-18 hcp. Get ready for the extra carry at 4500 ft. and enjoy. Visually from the tee, it looks great, no blind shots. Greens are poa,... More

Played TP 3 weeks after they had held a Web.Com tour event there. Many fairways were in tough shape due to fact they had to be dried out for the tournament and in that summer heat... Greens were fast. Many holes required you hit a target (unless you can blast one 300+ yds) and not being familiar with the course... More

I have golfed this course for over 10 years now. In the beginning it was very well kept up and very nice. This year as I have played it I have noticed it looks more and more like general public city course - not nearly so well kept up. The front nine are the shorter holes and the back nine... More

Course is challenging well manicured and greens roll true. It's big, bold, and beautiful! Can't wait to go back and tee it up. Had to use every club in my bag and I was challenged in each shot. A must play if in Utah!!!!!!

Thanksgiving point is one of the most expensive golf courses in the Salt Lake area, but it is not taken care of like one of the most expensive courses in the salt lake area. The greens are terrible. My ball was bumpin around all over the place. The fairways are just average. The bunkers are average as well. I play... More

So many people rave about this course, and it is good. I've played this course about 4 times. This last time was the first time in really good weather. It is a fun, challenging golf course, that I will absolutely go back to. I've probably played over 200 different courses in my life, and would have a hard time putting... More

We had the whole course booked for our corporate event. They took care of us in a great way. The course is REALLY long, so for those who are not that good it may not be the course for them. I wish the golf carts had GPS in them, seems like that's a given on most good courses these days.... More

Our family of 5 visited the golf course and they loved the grounds and the course. They met one of the teaching professionals, Fred Wald, and he was very courteous and helpful in giving them some pointers on the course and their games. Loved it!!!
