The walk along the top is beautiful, with incredible views of the canyon and river below. A bit strenuous on the way up and on the way down if you're not in great condition, and if you're afraid of heights, there are stretches where it might make you nervous, but it's one of our favorite hikes in Logan Canyon and... Loved the hike. Well maintained with great views. Sheer cliffs, bonny brooks and plenty of great scenery.

Steep early, but the trail's in great condition. Nice views of the valley. 4.1 miles on the loop with about 1100 ft of climbing. Took us right at 2 hours at a steady pace.

The hike was one of the best I've done. It was breath taking and a good work out. It had some really high trails and you have so many mountain views. If you're a hiker you have to check it out !!

I have hiked the Crimson Trail 4 times now and I love it every time. We go up the Guinevah side, much steeper than the Spring Hollow side but it is a shorter ascent to the top. Love walking above the China Wall. Great views of the Canyon, you can also see the Wind Caves from the trail.

This trail is within the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest located about 5 miles outside Logan UT with trailheads (and parking) in 2 locations off route 89. I began my hike at the Spring Hollow end of it. I am somewhat new to hiking but find I can easily do hikes labeled Moderate, but this trail really stretched my capabilities. The day... More

My husband and I have wanted to do this hike for sometime, and finally we did it. I am so glad that we did! It is a beautiful hike that can be done in a half day. We went June 10, 2016. We are in pretty good health for our early 50's, but the switchbacks were a challenge. Let me... More

Wow! This hike was gorgeous. If your scared of heights this trek is not for you. The trail climbs, and climbs til finally you reach the China Wall. I saw my first rattlesnake sunning right on this trail. I see black snakes all day long in Florida but this snake was hissing, and rattling his tail. A little scary! The... More

I love this hike. It's also dubbed the China Wall for good reason. After a series of switch backs, you find yourself scaling a stone cliff for a good portion of the hike (that is the closest thing in Utah to resemble the Great Wall of China). I've only hiked the entire trail a handful of times. Because it's a... More

We took this hike again this year in early fall. The colors were amazing. The hike takes a few hours , depending on how good of shape you are in. And if you take a lunch and enjoy it from the ridge. The climb to the ridge isn't to bad. The walk around the canyon rim is beautiful . You... More
