The Kayenta Community, in southern Utah's red rock country, is a tranquil enclave surrounded by protected lands.A 2,000 acre master planned community of fine homes, custom building sites and community amenities, is located 7 miles west of St. George, Utah. Kayenta is a unique departure from the norm, focused on moderate land use, moderate-sustainable growth, and an appreciation for our magnificent natural setting. Nearby, residents find adventure in the southwest's abundance of places to explore. Zion National Park, Snow Canyon and Bryce Canyon National Park are within view. While just beyond the horizon, adventure seekers will discover places like the Grand Canyon, Lake Powell and Las Vegas.

Our neighbor told to see Kayenta and Snow Canyon State Park as we were passing through St. George. We were impressed with the views and beauty surrounding Kayenta. It reminded me of Sedona except the red rocks have no names and there is much less...More

We traveled to Kayenta after Snow Canyon and followed the signs. The scenery looked just like the park. The homes were all the same. It was slightly interesting. We didn't stop at the one place that looked like the art colony, then realized we missed...More

Kayenta is a beautiful development, where the houses are built unobtrusively to blend into the landscape. There is a museum, restaurant and several shops. Just gorgeous!

Just driving by and decided to follow the signs. Awesome community with a small arts and craft village that also has a cafe. Worth the drive up from St George just for the beautiful views and unique setting. A Sedona like setting with a lesser...More

A fabulous place to stop and the photo ops are breathtaking. Not as unique as a few of the other parks but definitely worth visiting. Very glad we fit this one into our schedule.

After traveling down Snow Canyon Parkway and through Irvins, Utah there are signs to Kayenta. It is a desert community nestled at the foot of Red Mountain. The views are spectacular. There is also a small shopping area selling one of a kind art and...More

I don't think there are bike rentals in the immediate Kayenta, as it is mostly a unique residential community with a great Artist colony.
