Quaint artistic stop

We stopped in October, very few shops open. Beautiful afternoon. The wind spinners were absolutely beautiful, but very expensive. Wonderful lunch.

Coyote Art Village in Kayenta always has great art galleries to visit (we especially like the pottery) but the art fair pulls artists from all over the country with unusual artwork to see. Spend a couple of hours there, easily, and see some great and affordable artwork by some fine artists.

Bring your money or just plan on looking, no cheap dates here! Everything was beautiful though and I wish I was rich and retired....

We strolled, with friends, through several of the art galleries at Coyote Gulch Art Village. All of the artists and desk staff we met were as nice as can be; as was the art. We particularly enjoyed the photographs by Charly C. Moore on display at the back of one of the other galleries.

Take some time to really enjoy the village. I would think that during the summer months the galleries are really busy. Loved the art galleries and all the folk that run each one, as they are all different. Lovely hand made jewelry plus art work and gorgeous pottery. Don't miss this and take a couple of hours or more to... More

We come here often and love to just stroll around the village. Lots of beautiful art and other items for sale. Love all the handmade items available for purchase. They have a co op pottery shop where one of a kind items are for sale.
