One of my favorite summer time activities. Tons of choices and great food. Make sure to stop at Butternut Squash Farms for their breakfast burrito - I recommend two with extra hot sauce! They also have some other locally made items around the market - clay items, handmade stuff, jewelry, etc.. Personally, I purchased some handmade plates/bowls/cups/etc.. and have been... More

We were in Burlington for a few days for a soccer tournament. Hit the farmers market on a Saturday early and I wish I had more time to spend there. Every booth was overflowing with fresh veggies, fruits, flowers, breads, cheeses and really unique stuff. Maple syrup sampling, vodka sampling, cheese sampling. I could have spent all day, and in... This farmer's market has evolved from a small produce market to a big and fun event every summer Saturday. The produce is still beautiful and fresh, but now half of the booths have other Vermont products and crafts made by locals. Music, kids, students, old folks. It is quite a scene.

Why can't my stomach be larger? Why don't I live close enough to come weekly? Things I was asking myself as I wondered around the farmers market. From fresh produce to home cooked deliciousness and crafts galore, this weekly offering is VT at its best. If you can't find something to satisfy your cravings here you can't be helped. Stand... Oh how we wish we had a farmer's market like this at home. The veggies and fruit stands were amazing. There were lots and lots of places for pastries, sandwiches or ethnic foods.

On Saturdays in warm weather you can find a plethora of vendors in City Hall Park. Fresh farm produce, organic meats, home baked goods, home brewed spirits, crafts and more. Its the best place to get breakfast or lunch and people watch by the fountain or shop for deals. In cooler weather the Farmers Market is at he Davis Center... More

This is a must if you are in Burlington on a Saturday in the warm months. It is indoors every other weekend in the winter. Great food, drinks, crafts, art. There is something for everyone. Kid, dog-friendly. Fun place to buy gifts or treats for yourself.

It's hard to be a good farmers market for soaking up local culture and products, and this one was no exception. The people are delightful, and the local products are excellent. I also love that it's dog friendly -- as it the city overall.

Going to the Farmers' Market in Burlington is one of the highlights of my week! So much to see. Lots of yummy things. My favorite vendor is Sunny Brook Maple from Westford, VT. The baked goods are incredible and so reasonably priced! I love the muffins, scones and cookies. Really nice people, too. It's fun to go around and get... More
