I went on a beautiful hike with my son in Jamaica State Park during my recent visit to Vermont. There were many different hike options and a clean, inviting area to swim.

Beautiful walking trail all around the river. You can see beautiful trees and foliage, and the views off the trails are stupendous.

worth going early and taking the waterfall hike. Easy walk, lovely views. Be carefull though NOT to continue towards Windham Hill road, as you will end up 12 miles from the entrance of the park...

No I don't believe they have water and electric hookup. It is all basic camping with no utilities as far as I know.
