My husband and I took the tram ride to the top of Jay peak and hiked down. It's about an hour to an hour and a half hike down. Scenery is beautiful. Hike is moderately difficult.

Lots a cute places very close to ski area. Woodshed lodge is a nice B&B. Best skiing in the northeast so worth it.
