Not quite Smithsonian in quality, but a pleasant place to while away an hour in the beautiful Vermont countryside. Easy access and parking. Nature walk nearby. Good restaurant also nearby.

We heard about this museum by word of mouth and were encouraged to see the Snowflake Bentley collection. They have hundreds of Bentley's snowflake photographs, most of which are stunning. If natural art is your thing, be prepared to spend at least an hour gazing...More

Beautiful old building. Very easy access. Parking right next to the building. You can go inside the building, take a short nature walk behind the building, take pictures from the bridge, etc.

While this is an historic mill it is the collection of snow flake prints and the honoring of the self taught researcher who did the work.

Beautiful historical building, that's now a museum/gift shop. The property is stunning. And if you are into photography like I am, it's an excellent place to take pictures. Or to just walk around and enjoy the beauty of the place.

A great little museum featuring Snowflake Bentley in a quaint old Red Mill with plenty of artifacts and a collection of snowflakes by Bentley. The park up the road also features a covered bridge

Wonderfully restored building. Local artists and craftsmen sell their products here. The river below is amazing. Worth a quick stop. Check out the Bentley museum in the back as well as the nature walk behind.

The museum is interesting and deserves a visit, but the true beauty lies along the trail behind it. Walk the trail and dip your feet in the many pools and ponds of the stream, or go for a swim!

There was very little evidence of the old mill inside. We did walk along the path along a creek in back to what others have called a waterfall. We have seen many waterfalls and this is not one. Rather it is just a tumbling brook

Building was beautiful but stuff for sale inside very expensive. The outside is truly beautiful and the old machines. I think it would have been nicer if there was an explanation on all the old machines
