The main problem is the goose poops everywhere. The rangers try to clean it but aren't doing a very good job. That is the only major negative of this park. Otherwise, the lake is very nice and the park has a large grassy area as...More

The park abuts a beautiful lake. The park has carts that you can load your stuff on, and walk to the lake. It's probably a little less than a quarter of a mile to the lake, and they have handicap parking closer to the lake.

Great place for the entire family and the cleanest you could wish for - everyone is required to tote out their garbage (garbage bags provided no trash cans on the park.

It has a beach and lake front, children's playground, picnic tables, boats to rent, and more. All garbage is carried out so that the facility is very clean. A great place for a family outing.

'There are "rustic" cabins but really don't know about other types of camping. We live minutes away so have only used the park on a daily basis.
