Definitely worthy of stopping by and take a picture! It was snowing and gloomy at the we arrived, still beautiful to walk around and take some picture.

My wife and I were attending a conference in the area and visited Red Rocks Park for some hiking. Even with the snow, we found the trail and views both interesting and enjoyable. The one thing that disappointed us was the total disregard of leash...More

You can get a great escape from the burbs, a good workout and spectacular views at Red Rocks. The trails are fairly easy with couple of steep climbs up from the shore. the views are spectacular. The beach area is not great for sunbathing-it's rocky...More

Great park with wide trails and vistas of the lake. Went in the winter and the trails can be quite icy. Need to be careful or properly equipped. Woods were beautiful after a fresh snowfall!!

Make Red Rocks number one on your list of beautiful walks in the Burlington area. The paths are gorgeous, winding their way around the park, leading up to the majestic cliffs overlooking the majestic Lake Champlain. This park is definitely not to be missed!

I love this park, but it is unfortunate that some visitors refuse to clean up after themselves. I think it is mostly young people going there to party and jump off the rocks, but either way it is upsetting. It is a lovely place to...More

A wait staff member at a place where we had lunch told us about this park. It is a treasure in Burlington and the trails take you to several overlooks of Lake Champlain. The trails are well maintained and the park has many types of...More

Well maintained trails but no markings to tell you your location. We took a picture of the trail map before we entered and that was helpful but it is a little confusing. The trails are nice and shaded. There was a bench along the edge...More

Flip-flops are ok for most of the park but if you want to explore the rocky shoreline then snickers would be better. You park right in the park. The park is only 100 acres but it has many different trails so hiking 1 mile is... More
