Beautiful place to walk or cross country ski. There are beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and lots of fairly level trails to walk through the woods. They do charge to use their trails, even in the summer and fall, which surprised me.

We were nearby and always enjoyed "The Sound of Music" so we negotiated the detours and construction to get here. Glad we had the time to enjoy the views and the day. Wish we were able to come when the history tour was offered.

Stopped in for lunch. The server was excellent and split our dishes so we could share. Kombucha on tap was great.
