Two bedroom unit very nice, comfortable, clean. The resort has an ice rink and of course skiing. Rentals available. Gift shop and spa onsite. Heated outdoor pool. I would have to say this is probable the best place to stay in Stowe in terms of accommodations.

While he boarded with difficulty he was not so fortunate when exiting at the top. His leg became wedged under the gondola . Very scary experience.... More

We were given a private tour of the Stowe Mountain Resort, by one of the Club Executives. It was the first part of October, 2016. The incredible day just took our breath away. We took two different Gondolas to reach the top of the mountain, where we had lunch overlooking the mountains, and fall colors. WE toured the beautiful facility... More

The folks working the zip tour were very helpful and assured us we would have a great time, even in the rain. The clouds were so low that you could not see the... More

We did some hiking in the morning and by late in the afternoon the idea of walking up here just wasn't appealing. The fall foilage was in full swing so we payed the hefty per person fee to ridge the gondola up. It was cold up there! but the views were spectacular. Wish the glass hadn't been so marked up... We booked a last minute fall get-away. What a beautiful property with very friendly staff. Enjoyed a spa treatment, hiked, short drive to town. Nice room. Very comfy bed!

The Gondola Skyride provided spectacular views of the mountains ablaze in fall colors! Once you read the top, you can spend a couple of hours enjoying the summit. There is a restaurant where you can have lunch, or if you prefer, you could pack a lunch and eat at the picnic tables at the top. There is also a hike... More
