Nice resort, beautiful spa. Rooms were large but a little outdated. Clean. Close to downtown area, but couldn't walk there, road would be dangerous to walk along or bike. My... read more

I would 100% recommend this hotel. The people were super friendly and very clean. Our room was comfortable had a gas fireplace and heat lamp in the bathroom but most important the beds, linens and pillows were great- we slept like babies. The location is perfect close to shopping and restaurants. To get to the ski area you take the... More

My wife and I stayed at Stoweflake (with our small dog) over the Christmas holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Our room, a deluxe King was spacious and comfortable. The fireplace was a very nice feature. The hotel has an extremely friendly and helpful concierge service to help with any activities or information you could require. There are daily activities... Staff were friendly and rooms large. Was quiet when we were there and restaurant looked small compared to size of resort.

I didn't stay at the hotel but spent the day at the spa being pampered.... highly recommend! They have separate areas for men and women and then a common area with a pool and a waterfall pool. In the private areas, they have showers, dry sauna, steam room, and a Jacuzzi. I had an ashiastu massage (where they walk on... More

We decided to come back to this hotel and try the townhouses this time. We checked in late on a Friday night and quite possibly had the worst check in ever. After check in, we went to our townhouse to find that their was a large party next door with a group of teens making a lot of noise. As... More

Nice resort, beautiful spa. Rooms were large but a little outdated. Clean. Close to downtown area, but couldn't walk there, road would be dangerous to walk along or bike. My only complaint about this place, and this may sound wierd, is that the toilet paper is horrible. It's like sandpaper and thin. Bring your own!! Or buy some. But the... More

The resort is so nice. We stayed in a two bedroom condo with a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, the place was so clean and spacious. It was so convenient to be able to cook in the condo . Just need more utensils. Susie at the front service desk was so helpful, she is so pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly, she explains... More

I've been coming to Stowe for six years now and have stayed in only two hotels. Stoweflake has always offered great deals especially for returning guests and this year was no exception. I have to personally thank Susi Daly, the Concierge and Shanna Swem, the go-to guru for all things Stoweflake for working so hard to come up with a... More
