We thoroughly enjoyed an evening performance by the Russian State Ballet of Cinderella. It was a magical night. Wonderful production all around and the venue at Spruce Peak was so intimate and inviting that you really felt one with the performance. The acoustics were perfect and I do not think there was an empty seat in the hall. Taking the... More

We went to see a Warren Miller film here and enjoyed the whole experience. There's plenty of parking, the theatre is beautiful, comfortable seats, nice bathrooms, you can buy some snacks or drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), and the screen was large enough for a movie in a large theatre. It was our first time there and we would definitely go... More

Beautiful facility with great acoustics. The seats offer plenty of leg room, making it easy for people to pass through without having to stand up. Not a bad seat in the house. A great place to see a show. Small concession area with wine ($8 for plastic cup) and beer. Parking was at the ski area and we were shuttled,... More

I went to a jazz event at this location and enjoyed the theatre (although the show wasn't all that great..) It is easy to park by the center and there are several restaurants around the center to eat before your show. Although not large, it has a good stage, comfortable seats and a great lobby for intermission with drinks and... More

It's a small theater (less than 700 seats) so there are no "bad seats". Range of ticket prices for the romeo & Juliet ballet: $75/$65/$20 so affordable. Comfortable seats w/ great views of the stage. It's great that it started at 7pm which is good for families with young children and for people traveling some distance to attend. Downside: parking... More

The ambiance is really fitting and done well. The theatre is cozy, yet large enough to host larger names. It seems the acoustics are good. They really could use a truly professional and dedicated sound person, as I think that the sound could have been mixed better. Other than that it is a great little venue and I would love... More

This is a wonderful art center, newly built, architectly gorgeous, where talented musicians from all over the US perform. It's at the base of the mountain, an enjoyable evening if you are in stow.

I've seen two singer/songwriter concerts here (most recently an acoustic show by Mary Chapin Carpenter in trio format). I'm a big guy and usually HAVE to have an aisle seat at most venues, but there were only a few seats left and had to try mid-row. No problem here. Seat was wide enough to allow for some movement without disturbing... More

They built it too small to attract any good acts. The few good acts they've had they didn't want the "rabble" that was attracted to them. Stupid business plan. Fire everyone and start over.

I've been to this venue several times since it opened. It is a small one, but, they bring in international as well as local artists. Well done SPPAC!
