Over the past six months I have been to the Spruce Peak Performing Arts Center twice. A local performing arts theater located in the well-to-do area of Stowe, VT, it is the epitome of a community arts theater. Most of the performers are not national...More

EXCELLENT venue (Trapp Family Lodge meadow) and excellent music by a group of VERY talented artists! The lead singer's voice is beautiful and each musician is very accomplished. It was a wonderful evening. The next time I go to this venue, however, I will remember...More

We thoroughly enjoyed an evening performance by the Russian State Ballet of Cinderella. It was a magical night. Wonderful production all around and the venue at Spruce Peak was so intimate and inviting that you really felt one with the performance. The acoustics were perfect...More

The ambiance is really fitting and done well. The theatre is cozy, yet large enough to host larger names. It seems the acoustics are good. They really could use a truly professional and dedicated sound person, as I think that the sound could have been...More

This is a wonderful art center, newly built, architectly gorgeous, where talented musicians from all over the US perform. It's at the base of the mountain, an enjoyable evening if you are in stow.

I've seen two singer/songwriter concerts here (most recently an acoustic show by Mary Chapin Carpenter in trio format). I'm a big guy and usually HAVE to have an aisle seat at most venues, but there were only a few seats left and had to try...More
