For all the euphoric flavors you can't get enough of – especially the ones you can't get in ordinary stores – nobody scoops Ben & Jerry's better than we do at our scoop shops.

We stumbled upon the factory while traveling thru VT. Nice little 30 min tour. Sizable sample and we had to get a couple family members T-shirts in the gift shop. Fun diversion. Definitely enjoyed the hike to the flavor graveyard of retired flavors. Happy they...More

We visited the factory on a rainy day and it was packed. Waited over an hour for the tour in a cramped area with nothing to do but eat ice cream. The line to buy ice cream was not fully covered and extended out in...More

Glad I did it but it was mediocre. The videos were the star of the show, as the tour guide didn’t appear to know anything and commonly got facts wrong. Another member of the tour seemed to know more than the guide!! Never good! The...More

The place was very busy when we were there. People moved right along though. No discount on ice cream here though. Nice little tour with gift shop. Playground for the kids and Cemetery for dead flavors from past production in the back of the factory.

We visited on a very cold weekend and it was packed. The lines for the ice cream, the tour, the bathroom were all extremely long, and the small space was hot and crowded with people. We skipped the tour as the machines don't run on...More

Ben and Jerry’s Ice cream is made out of dreams and it was a dream to go by the factory. It was too late to do a official tour but it did not matter. So neat to just walk around and enjoy the sights smells...More

We were lucky. We had a tour with only 4 of us. The guide was very knowledgeable and the history of Ben and Jerry’s was fascinating. A good sized sample at the end too!

We visited the Ben and Jerry's factory this past weekend. For being about 25 degrees outside, the place was mobbed. It was very cold as the factory is located up on a hill, but you do get a great view of the surrounding area. I...More

I've always wanted to visit Ben & Jerry's. We arrived at 10 and made it into the first tour. They definitely love their cow puns. The tour guide was knowledgeable and nice. They gave a free sample at the end. I still had to get...More

Toured a bit but didn’t do formal tour. The lines were very long to get a cone. They seem to do nice tours

Not sure of the total. Obviously the summer has the highest volume while non-school vacation days, M-F, are the lowest. We've visited many times and have never been bothered by nor found it overly crowded.
