For all the euphoric flavors you can't get enough of – especially the ones you can't get in ordinary stores – nobody scoops Ben & Jerry's better than we do at our scoop shops.

If you love ice cream like I do, you must stop! The best ice cream you'll ever have! I tried a new flavor today, Brown butter. It didn't disappoint. I had to stop at the cemetery to pay respects to some of the flavors I'd loved in the past that have moved on from this world

Blair was a perfect guide with just the right amount of sarcastic mooing jokes and real factual information about the process. The facilities are immaculate and set up perfectly for large groups. Nice bathroom facilities and wide corridors. The ice cream sample was sufficient and delicious. The only disappointment was that the graveyard was so contained. ..I wanted to hike... More

We were in the area and had to stop in! The place is fun. Everyone is happy! It was very busy in the off season of November . The tour is informative, you see a short movie of 6 minutes then see the factory and then you get free ice cream Yah!. There are several locations to take pics and... More

A very popular attraction! We had to wait 45 minutes for the next tour. There is a small charge ($4.00) for the tour which culminates with a "small" ice cream sample. You can also buy a cone at the dairy bar (which you probably will because the sample only whets your appetite for more). There is an "ice cream graveyard"... More

I'd always wanted to visit the Ben and Jerry's factory, but not at a 3.5 hour drive from home just for that. We ended up doing some exploring and staying at various b&b's for a few days and so happened to be near. I'm glad we did it this way, because the tour/visit alone isn't really worth it to go... We are die hard fans of Ben and Jerry Ice Cream so when we were traveling in Vermont we wanted to make it a point to stop by the factory and do the tour. It was a big disappointment. They do not produce anything on weekends and the factory itself was closed for maintenance so we just walked through and... More

To be fair, at only $4 for adults, it would be hard to complain about the value, but there is VERY little content to this tour and I was disappointed. The team do a good job at keeping it humorous and living up to the brand values, and the place is very nicely presented; however, it consists of a short... More

This was my 2nd time visiting the factory. The tour tickets are $4 each, which is cheaper than most beer flights and any amusement park, ever. This place is likely packed all the time -- even on off season times. We waited just 20-30 minutes for our tour which was fast, informative, and ended with a large taste (more like a single scoop). Cute playground on site and graveyard of flavors.

We have been here before some years ago, and feel the tour has become very short and commercialized. The tour is not free and in our opinion not worth what they charge. Even the tasting at the end of the tour is rushed. It is a good place for a stop as you are traveling through the area. However, I... More
