For all the euphoric flavors you can't get enough of – especially the ones you can't get in ordinary stores – nobody scoops Ben & Jerry's better than we do at our scoop shops.

This was a great place to stop. We loved the tour, the gift shop, the free ice cream, and the ice cream store. We went around 10AM and were able to get into a 1010 tour. Our guide was great and we were able to...More

We visited as a couple and enjoyed it. Plan a fairly short visit. There's a large gift shop, ice cream stand, "flavor graveyard" consisting of headstones describing their retired flavors, a large playground and several cows in a pasture at the entrance, as well as...More

Highly overrated and expensive - the "tour" takes you to one room where you can see the equipment and a tasting room where you get a single, pre-chosen sample. Be prepared to walk from the parking lots which are not close to the building. A...More

Going to the Ben and Jerry's Factory is a must if you're in the area and love ice cream. The tour is inexpensive and not too long, and there is an interesting video at the beginning and some interesting sights in the factory room. The...More

Who doesn't love Ben & Jerry's ice cream? This local attraction is quite busy at all times and the portions are small given the fact that it is the factory and they're looking to introduce people to their product. It's a friendly, happy place but...More

We traded in a trip to Mt. Washington for a Ben and Jerry's tour. Mistake. We were there on a day they were washing down the equipment and had to watch a tv screen or people hosing off vats while the guide talked. The ending...More

We were visiting the area so couldn't miss a chance to visit the factory. A lot of other people must have had the same thought as it was very busy. After parking, which is free, I suggest that you immediately get a tour reservation. Tours...More

Easy to find and locate off the highway. The entire venue is well laid out as a family destination especially for the very young, from the flavor gravestones to the brief tour ($4.00 per person) lasting 15 minutes of minimal information and even less demonstrations...More

My husband and I went this past weekend to the Ben & Jerry factory tour on our way through VT. I would def recommend this tour, f you are nearby or even if you are not close by-it was worth the drive. The tour is...More

This is obviously a fun place to visit and there are many facilities, but it was so crowded the day I went, it was impossible to enjoy it. Waiting for over an hour for a tour is not worth it, I am sad to say.

Not sure of the total. Obviously the summer has the highest volume while non-school vacation days, M-F, are the lowest. We've visited many times and have never been bothered by nor found it overly crowded.

The best thing to do is call ahead. There are some days that you see the factory in full operation and others when you just stare out to a factory that's at a standstill.
