My family and I have been all over. But, this was by far the best!!! Cozy, beautiful views, and plenty of history! The park historian, Carl Mullins, was the highlight, besides the views. He was knowledgeable and very humble. Answered questions and gave great suggestions.

We rode through on our motorcycles and the park is just gorgeous. Nice windy roads! Park was clean and the views were amazing. Visitor Center was clean with plenty of cold water which was welcome in the 90 degrees heat. Don't miss the still out...More

Little River Canyon on the GA/AL border is better, but it does not have the Lodge and fantastic hiking Breaks does. Laurel Creek is a wonder and the Prospectors Trail offers good views and challenging climbing. The lodge is mid range, but clean and comfortable....More

Spent a week camping. The campsites are well maintained. Utility hookups were good. The park offers a lot to do. We found the hiking trails a little rough, but worth the effort. It was too cool for us to use the pool, but it looked...More

Thank you for your review! We appreciate you for camping with us! Those of us who have to try to maintain the hiking trails agree with the rough part. The park encompasses some of the most rugged terrain in the country, which makes it beautiful...More

Disgusting, beyond outdated, mold smell all over, 1960's bathroom. Absolute filth. Bedspreads from a bygone era wreaked of urine & blood stained

Saw gorgeous views. Sunsets and more. Peaceful and very quiet in the forest of the cottages. Coming back!

Grew near this area, had well over 20 family reunion here. Great camping in summer due to plenty of shade. Several breath taking overlooks, great restaurant and lodging.
