One of the prettiest beaches on the coast. This place is a hidden gem, and the ranger programs are amazing.

I visited here for a weekend, to attend an event at the park. We rented some of the cabins, and they were fantastic. They were clean, spacious, and so comfy. It's one of those places where you immediately feel at home. There are different sizes...More

Nice park with fishing pier and beach. Bring binoculars to look at the concrete ships anchored offshore with their many avian inhabitants.

If you want a really fun biking experience at a reasonable cost you need to give this a try. My husband and I are avid cyclers but we had the best time on these simple bikes cruising on wooded paths along the shoreline. The ride...More

We camped here in early October 2017. It was a blast. The lady working at the main station was super helpful and pointed us to the best camp site as the ground was fairly empty. We got the #1 spot which has a trail leading...More

It costs $5.00 for a daily "parking" permit. Since we didn't plan to park, we didn't leave any money. Good thing. Five minutes (maybe less) is all we needed. Unless you are camping or fishing, this State Park does not need to be on your...More

We were there in Sept-Oct of 2017 and the temps were quite nice. A little warm in the tent, and there are quite a bit of spiders and bugs, but I would still recommend it.
