Overview
More
Housed in one of the oldest landmarks in the nation, this professional playhouse was started by three local families in 1965. The theatre is located on U.S. Route 1 at the southern Chesterfield County border, offering the type and quality of cultural arts not found anywhere else in the area. In the late 1980’s the Mill was purchased by another local family, whose experience in the education system prompted them to add educational youth programming. After a renovation in 2013, the Mill because ADA accessible. It has provided more than 50 years of continuous programming and brings outstanding performing arts south of Richmond, thanks to its loyal Mill Family of patrons, donors, sponsors and volunteers.

Every play we have seen here has been entertaining but the food is substandard and costly. Eat before you go and then relax and enjoy the gorgeous building, Swift Creek, and a great play.

Enjoyable evening with friends. Food was not that impressive but the show made up for it. No elevator but the show seating was good. I will be back.

According to webpage, theatre ticket alone is $38 and ticket with meal is $55 plus fee and tax. Don't know if there is a different pricing for children.
