Visited the "Store" after being away 10+ years and it's almost the same, just better! Music is the best and the food is worth a visit by itself. Could not get enough of the music.

A throw back to a different era, the Floyd Country Store offers staples, food, gifts, seating, and live music. Located on the main street in Floyd in a histirical building with lots of charm and character. On street parking and lot parking available nearby.

Try to visit on Friday nights when we are visiting Va. from Fl. Love the food and the music. We stay at Fancy Gap but drive over for the music.

It felt like we were stepping back in time to the 1930s and 1940s. It seemed to be the local "hang out" for the residents on Sunday afternoon. There was a bluegrass band playing with the locals joining in the fun. The employees were exceptional,...More

It's definitely not the closest, but it's not far- we stayed at the Pine Tavern Lodge and loved it! Have fun, it's a great little town!
