Wonderful wine

This winery overlooks a farm pond, great place to sit and sip! Wonderful wine, loved the gourmet chocolates.

We visited this great little winery near Charlottesville and had excellent wine tasting and some chocolate too. They sell the Chocolate which is also made on location. The winery is also dog friendly. Excellent customer service!

Great wine in a beautiful setting. Bring a picnic and enjoys the views. The plants in the greenhouse are spectacular!

A group of us went here in November 2016. The couple that traveled with us recommended this winery to us, so we took them up on their offer. The first thing I noticed was the fantastic views; there is a lake with tables set up on the grounds overlooking it. True to its name, the winery also has seating inside... More

I heard good things about the winery and the wines they offered, and I was hoping to like it. They people serving the wines for tasting were arrogant and patronizing. The wines were ho-hum. They were very rude when I asked about tasting the Viognier; it wasn't on the tasting menu, but I was interested in buying a bottle. I... More

I was wandering around trying to get to know the area and looking for a place to bring my husband. Erika was very hospitable. She showed me around and in addition to a tasting was happy to talk about the local area with tips and directions. The chocolate was amazing and gorgeous and is a great gift idea! Highly recommended.

During the summer the Glass House Winery invites for a Sun Downer with Music. We went and it was a mix of Rock and Blue Grass. The setting is fabulous. One can sit inside in the Glass House surrounded by palm trees or outside on 2 terraces overlooking the vineyard with the dam. The wine tasting was great. Apparently the... More

Interesting building in a lovely setting. Chocolates made here too. Our host was a most informative guy, who really wanted to impart his knowledge about wine. Bought some Viognier and a box of choccies.

The wines were very nice and they have a dessert wine that they pair with Chocolate that is great! They have a large greenhouse you can sit and enjoy your wine and picnic.

We found this place by accident- it had a wonderful wine tasting with knowledgable staff- inside is a glass encased lobby with chairs and tables to enjoy wine and snacks- they have fine chocolates that they make from scratch that pair well with their dessert wine! Great adventure!
