Great wines, fantastic service, knowledgeable owners, educational visit. First stop on any winetasting trip in the northern Shenandoah Valley, VA MUST include the Glen Manor Vineyards. Bag a picnic lunch, purchase a top-quality wine from these folks, and spend an hour or two on the grounds. You will not be disappointed! PS. Stop at the Elements Restaurant in Front Royal for your lunch-to-go. The gourmet food pairs nicely with all of Glen Manor's selections.

Had a superb tasting and got so much information on how the wine is produced. Very impressive the amount of work that goes into producing the really good wine from the grapes grown in the vineyard. They truly craft their wines without supplementing or diluting.

Glen Manor produces some very nice wines in a truly beautiful setting. They’re open year-round, but I recommend visiting in the fall, when the leaves are turning colors. You can sip wine on the back lawn after your tasting and take in the gorgeous view.

We visited with another couple recently. We've both had the chance over the years to visit a number of wineries around the country, and on a limited basis overseas. Our overall experience at Glen Manor was as enjoyable as any other winery / vineyard visit...More

Nice spot abutting Shenandoah National Park that is only 15 minutes from the entrance to Skyline Drive. We dropped 6 degrees headed up the hill and it is just a peaceful bucolic spot with better than average wine and no maddening bad party crowd.

I am not sure about either the entertainment or coat of tastings, bit the owners could not be more accommodating and friendly. The view alone is enough entertainment!
