We did a two day winery tour in northern VA and decided to try some new places. We visited DuCard based on the many positive reviews. The setting is nice, and would be a great place to enjoy a glass of wine outside on a...More

Thanks for visiting. Wine is about personal taste for sure, and there's no right or wrong on it. For reference and others reading this: you mention a lack of dry wines, but our current tasting includes two dry white wines and three dry red wines,...More

by far my favorite vineyard/winery: non pretentious, relaxed and inclusive atmosphere, encouragement to bring your own munchies (though they have a few options for purchase on-site) and tasty wines. have visited over the years and in multiple seasons, always very pleased

This is a small vineyard in absolutely amazing setting, good wine and friendly service. We were sitting outside with glass of merlot and Triskele and felt like we were only people in the area.
