One of the famous temples to visit on the ghats of River Narmada. Its the temple of the Water god, the main supporter of all life forms on earth.

This is another temple among the set of temples on the Narmada ghat. As you walk down the ghat you can climb up to this temple. An old Siva temple with its own serenity in it.

There are many Temples at the Ghat of River Narmade at Maheshwar. Jaleshwar is one of these Temples. Jal means water.It is believed lord Shiva Protected Earth from heavy force of falling River Gange. An Old Temple.

The architecture is worth admiring. Makes for an excellent Photography session. The effort is worth the steep climb, do carry water, as there are no shops nearby incase.
