A very small museum with very interesting pieces. I really enjoyed this as it was not an overload of information.

We visited to see the torso of Artemis....but found the museum very interesting. With one of the most important exhibits of the museum being the Hermes of Andros - the most important homonymous Hellenistic copy of Peraxiteles.... Great for people who love Greek history...like me.

- Location: Central. - Atmosphere: Hot and airless. - Duration of visit: 15-20 minutes. - Antiquities description: All antiquities have a description next to them. - Museum shop: A small shop where you can buy books and postcards. -Recommendation: Make a confirmation call to ensure the opening hours.

Pleasant museum with interesting material. Somewhat airless--would be helpful to have the windows opened.

Make sure you know the correct opening hours before you get there. I had checked the opening hours at the Internet, and the information was wrong!!! So, unfortunately I didn’t had the chance to visit the museum, since I only went to Hora once (it was quite far from the hotel I stayed).
