It is a remarkable feeling to be surrounded by nature. Every things blends so beautifully and it feels that one is in the middle of nature and all the worries and stresses are washed away. Truly a wonderful experience.

One of the most beautiful places I've ever been. Go. I went here on a Thomson trip during my stay in Sorrento. I'd go again in a heartbeat. I can't describe how beautiful it is, you just have to see it for yourself. Well worth...More

Tranquil and very beautiful gardens, well worth half a day visit when you on Ischia. The gardens have many levels so would be difficult for wheelchair users, however there is plenty to see for the able bodied person and the good cafe serves Fortnum and...More

This lovely garden is created by the wonderful lady Susana Walton. Our primary advise is to stop at the little museum and se the film where Susana herself is telling about the creation of her life.

Visited through Thompson and we were there for 4 hours. Personally this was far too long as it was a very hot day. Had a lager and cake in the cafe and this was very reasonably priced. The plants and flowers however are magnificent along...More

Best to go as soon as it opens, to avoid the crowds and midday sun. It takes a good few hours to walk around and see everything, if you want to go at a leisurely pace.

Yes, I agree with all the people above: we recommend to visitors to allow half a day. It is enough to visit the garden, stroll at leisure, enjoy the view, watch the video in the museum and even stop for a coffee. Unless of... More

It is about 11 km; it takes 20 mins by car or taxi, or you can take a bus heading to Forio (40 mins) and ask the bus driver to stop at Cavallaro/La Mortella. From the bus stop it is 5 mins walk.
