This market was ok but much the same as all the other markets in Portugal. (We went to others and the same traders were there!) Prices not too bad, but not at all sure if the quality is there??

Very busy little market every Wednesday, with lots of stalls with all kinds of wares. Great churros and pretty nice coffee too. Just be careful with so many people around its crucial to watch your pockets but otherwise an enjoyable way to spend your morning

This market has a very eclectic range of goods. Most items from tea towels to Schneide handbags appear to to be from 5€ to 20€ and no more. The market traders all appear to be friendly, with Lookee Lookee, No Problem, Cheap price, 5 euros being...More

The market which is actually at Fonte Santa is everything you would expect of a gypsy market, shoes, leather goods, clothing, bags, linen, hats etc. They are all the same and this one is no exception.

Great morning visit. Most stall holders are very pushy but stay calm and walk away if not interested. If you want to buy something do a bit of haggling, they love it.

Not many stalls there, you can pick up a bargain, when it is sunny grab yourself a seat at the snack bar and have a drink and a snack, and watch the hustle and bustle of the crowds.
