Good for the City of Norfolk, a smart redevelopment of a waterside park for the public, instead of more hotels, offices and condos. Breathing space. If you are at Nauticus, you are at Town Point Park. There is a full schedule of public outdoor concerts...More

This simple park is right along the water and right next to the Nauticus. The park doesn’t have much going for it beyond its location. It is a popular location for festivals and fairs. Booths were being set up when I walked through.

A nice park on the downtown waterfront in Norfolk. Went on a Naval cruise and walked through the park afterwards. Amazing war memorial at the Point.

The Wine Festival was lovely. We tried most of the wines. Virginia has come a long way in the viniculture. This park is perfect and the weather was too. We went on Sunday, so some of the wineries were out of wine.

We had a wonderful time at this event on Saturday October 21 2017. The weather was perfect and a huge turnout. Chalet K by Oracle provided great hospitality.

Beautiful vantage point for close-ups of the river and yachts and distance views of navy and commercial ships. Also perfect place to host Norfolk’s waterside events. We attended the fall wine festival and loved the waterside location. Prior to the show and it’s crowds, the...More

It was a quiet morning here, albeit for the free opera being conducted in one of the bandshells. Great views of the harbor, which included many sailboats going by. Always interesting to see what is moored here, beside just the normal boats. Lots of trails...More

Always something going on in TPP...food and beer festivals, etc. Live music...next to Nauticus and Waterside.

Unfortunately, none that I know of unless you go up to the Ocean View section of Norfolk and have something on the beach by the bay.

I believe that, due to security considerations, tours onboard the Naval Station have been discontinued. You can, however, take the Victory Rover out of Town Point Park/Nauticus which sails past the base and you can see the... More
