Nice little church and a haven of peace from passing tourists. It is well maintained and worth a few minutes as you pass.

Like the mesquita in Cordoba this church is built upon the mosque and some of it can still be seen inside. Just round the corner is the calls de la inquisita - another dubious result of the reconquista.

Quiet, peaceful, great frescos and statues. One of the most wonderful places I've been on our Spanish trip.

This is a beautiful church inside and well worth the walk around the cobbled alleyways to get to. We happened to be there on one occasion on a Sunday and was nice to see all the locals congregating outside after the service.

We love visiting San Antonio church to soak up its centuries of history, culture and adoration, light candles to dedicate thoughts to our loved ones past and present.

Painted arches are the most interesting feature, one with a desing, the other skull & crossbones. Candles are electric.

The outside hides a very nice interior. The alter, ceiling and isle are worth seeing. They have an unusual statue of Jesus and the disciples on the left of the church.

It's deceptivel as the outside and most of the inside are very plain, but inside there are screens, oil paintings and side chapels which are quite ornate and very gold. Well worth a visit which will only take a few minutes.

We walked up to the church it was a good old hike for some in the party, and the path could be slippy especially as it rained when we visited. Having said that it was worth the walk we enjoyed the church and the surrounding area, plus a little bar across the way so we sat out afterwards and enjoyed... More
