World famous; inside is lake Martel, considered one of the largest underground lakes in the world, where live classical music concerts are performed every day. You can cross the lake on a boat at the end of the concert. BEWARE, don't get deceived by another small caves in Porto Cristo, their road signs can be confusing.

Throughly enjoyable little excursion while staying in Mallorca, has a great natural wow factor. Good facilities at the entrance / waiting area and although dark in places (what are you expecting - it's a cave!) You can't appreciate the experience from photographs.

Enjoyed the caves, let everyone else rush in before us then was able to view at leisure. To get the best view of the music sit on the far left.

My first meeting with the caves. Have to see. I fell in love . Price reasonable. Large free car park next to a lovely viewpoint. I would recommend.

The caves really are fantastic. They are extensive and the number and variety of stalagmites, stalactites, water pools, is truly stunning. But .... the amount of people on a tour (we went at 11am on a June Monday) is ridiculous. Go open minded to wonder...More

I've been to a few caves/mines in my time and not living far from the Peak District have some pretty impressive ones on my door step, but this place puts them to shame. The intricacy of the stalagmites/tites as well as the shear number of...More

Really interesting place to visit. Well organised and entertaining at the end of the tour too. Very unusual and detailed display with atmospheric lighting. Well worth a visit.

Hello There are about 250 steps, and it is difficult to take a pushchair. Better at 10, 16 or 17 hours, specially on weekends. Best regards.

You can't swim in the caves. Four is probably a bit young, sorry.
Hi someone posted that you need good walking shoes especially on rainy days ? How does the rain affect the caves ?? Or just accessibility to them ???
