I can only base my review on the excursion I have just come back from. We did the day excursion from Arcadia to Palma. They did absolutely what it says on the tin. Picked us up at our hotel on time at 9.45am got us to Palma before 12.00 pm, gave us a good walking route map of of, sent us off on a 4hrs+ exploration of Palma, easy pick up for return at 16.20, and returned to our hotel 17.45. Great day out.
The point is though they did it for 43.70 Euros. For reference for those who don’t know Mallorca taxis and limos are a bit of a rip off and buses can often be full and therefore unreliable. A limo company quoted us 240 Euros for the same trip and taxis approached were estimating at least half that.
No frills we found easy to book online and when we realised we had put our hotel in wrong it was easy to change.

Peter was our tour guide and he was great. We did a private tour and customize it to our needs the caves were very interesting along with a concert at the end. Peter was on time polite and courteous and could not have been any better. Looking forward to using their services again. Do not let the name no frills fool you because they were top notch service.

I've recently been on the Sollar and Valdemossa full day tour. I got picked up from right across the road from my hotel.
The guide Angela was very informative and friendly and provided lots of information on Sollar and Valdemossa and on Majorca as a whole.
We visited the Port of Sollar and had some free time to explore, get a drink etc. Then took a 25min scenic tram ride to Sollar Town where we had 1.5 hours free time.
After this we travelled to Valdemossa where we had a further 1.5 hours of free time.
It was a long day but for the £39 I paid it was excellent value for money.

We've booked the Caves of Harms and Dinosaur Land tour. At our hotel, they recommend to be at least 10 minutes early, just in case the bus would be earlier at the pick up point. So we were at 9.15 at the pick up point and the bus would be there at 9.30, at 9.40. I asked the lady of this organisation at what time the bus would arrive. She told me she didn't know and would contact them. Later, she came back and said they were on their way. The bus arrived at 10.05 and left the pick-up point at 10.15. It's around 47 minutes drive, but we had some extra stops. So we arrived at the dinosaur parc after 11 and at 12.15 we had to meet the staff at the caves. We had a quick tour at the cave and had to be on the bus again at 13.30, so for each parc we only had a maximum of 1 hour. So we had to choose between the dinosaur show or to walk through the parc and see every dino. There was no time for a quick lunch or a bathroom break. Thankfully, our son is 2.5 and was for free, so we've 'only' paid €98. But it's a lot of money, for the time we had in the parcs.

Booked the bus to the western waterpark from Pollença, we’re told it would take 45 mins but it too 2hours as we stopped so many times to pick up passengers. The way home was again 2 hours. If we had know it would be 4 hours travelling to go to a water park we would not have booked. False advertising.

at no point it was said to you it was 45 minutes. It is 45 minutes to pick up and then we need an hour to get to the park. This is what we always explain to all customers. Probably you misunderstood or you were not listening.

We did the Palma bus trip from Platja de Muro, we also added the Cathedral and boat trip.
I was travelling with my elderly father who was very keen to see the Cathedral but uses a wheelchair. The tour guide on the bus ( sorry can’t remember the Ladies name, it was on Oct 17th) was very helpful telling me how to get to the cathedral without the steps and checking on us when she saw us later! The trip was good value for money and would recommend.

These guys offer a great service at reasonable prices. We went on the full day tour - Bus, Boat, Tram & Train It was a great day. The guide was informative and funny at times. The driver was exceptional how he could navigate the mountain roads. It's a must in Palma

I am absolutely disgusted with my experience with this company. My daughter and I booked this tour in April 23 for June 23. I had a very excited 6 year old who had been looking forward to going to see Pirates for almost 3 months. 2.5 hours prior to being picked up by the coach I get a message on WhatsApp saying that they have had to cancel the trip and I would receive my money back. My money back is absolutely no good to me when I’ve had my daughter in tears for hours because she was so excited for it as it was going to be the highlight of the trip. As it was cancelled at such short notice I cannot book the trip with anyone else as we only have 3 nights left of our trip. Therefore we are now missing out on going to see the Pirates show which, as I said previously, was going to be the highlight of the trip! Avoid at all costs unless you want to run the risk of your holiday being ruined.

We are so sorry that your excursion to Pirates was cancelled, and at such short notice. We are a company with a very good reputation on the island for customer service and we are not in the habit of cancelling tours last minute. Unfortunately last night's Pirates Show was the exception, as we received news that the transport had been cancelled at the last minute. We are very sorry that you and your daughter were affected by this and, should you come back to Mallorca, we would like to offer you a free upgrade for the Pirates Show to the best seats in the theatre (we also understand if you prefer to book elsewhere).
The reason we contacted you by whatsapp first was because we had already had communication with you via this channel and therefore knew you were active. Had you not answered immediately, we would have tried calling and emailing you.
Once again, we offer you our sincerest apologies. And we hope you and your daughter enjoyed the tour to Marineland the other day.

Booked the Soller Train and Tram Half Day Tour. We had a wonderful trip with Jeannine and Juan! Jeannine always had some cool stories about Mallorca island, so we enjoyed the bus ride. Catching the Soller train worked very smooth and everything worked just fine. Very professional organisation, we enjoyed every minute! Thanks!

At half the price of our travel companies excursion, we had a great trip to Formentor. Picked up from a jetty near our hotel, we sailed very close to the cliffs and bays, then some swam as we moored, then on to see lighthouses and caves. An hour at beautiful Formentor beach for lunch or a swim then back. Great value.

meine Freundin und ich würden gerne im März die Sightseeing-Tour Mallorca in einem Tag buchen.
Holen sie uns auch von Hipotels Gran Playa de Palma ab?
Ich kann leider keine Infos dazu finden, von welchen Hotels sie abholen
und an welcher Stelle genau man sich einfinden soll, falls dies nicht der Fall ist.
Außerdem müsste ich vorab eine Urzeit wissen ab wann die Tour startet.
